Excellent service as when the first of a pair of bulbs I had ordered had faulty soldering and so failed during installation, they sent out a new pair immediately. The second set where perfect.

The OSRAM Night Breaker Unlimited H7 bulbs are indeed very bright and are a really good deal at the moment with Powerbulbs (Feb 2016). I have had the Philips X-treme Vision +130% before. For overall brightness I personally think there's not much between them (either would be a fine choice) but I do think the Night Breaker bulbs are slightly whiter (they claim +20% compared to +10%) and perhaps ever so slightly less bright (I think for brightness I am struggling to tell that much between them in everyday driving) - the fact I could get the Night Breaker Unlimited for better price than the X-treme Vision +130% (at the time I looked) meant OSRAM was my choice. With either you will find you don't need main beam very often and night-time visibility is so much better. I had considered the Philips White Vision but they are only 60% brighter and 40% whiter which, for overall performance, don't appear to match the X-treme Vision +130% or the Night Breaker Unlimited (+110%).
The bulbs do seem to last reasonably well but I do drive with headlights on all the time so they do have a lot of hours use but I don't mind as I'd never go back to standard bulbs.

My first experience with Powerbulbs and I am highly impressed to say the least. An email aout a glitch in the delivery address was relied to more promptly than any other service industry reply.
I got bulbs well ahead of the time I expected the delivery to take.
I was concerned about how well packed they would be. The packing was fantastic.
The free gift was a sweet gesture.
I will be placing all my bulb orders from Powerbulbs and recommending the same to all my car enthusiast friends.
Highly recommended is not adequate. Powerbulbs is THE place for all your lighting needs. Thanks a lot
