The car, BMW 3 series, 2014 with manufacturers bulbs fitted as standard, dipped beam performance disappointing with that cosy "yellow" glow, with main beam visibility not much better!
Why choose these bulbs? 24 month warranty (or at least it was when I ordered), which meant I should get a decent life expectancy from the bulbs. Also as a first test of bulb upgrade, these bulbs were little more in cost than a standard replacement.
Result? A whiter light with a noticeable improvement in visibility on both dip and main beam, the lighting is now acceptable and much safer, without resorting to retrofitting an expensive lighting kit upgrade, or fitting short life bulbs. I will not upgrade from these bulbs for the foreseeable future.

first, don't expect HID or blue or anything like the output on a top end BMW. What you will get is a noticeaby brighter and longer beam range compared to your standard stock factory bulb. I had used osram silver star before and can say that these are brighter than that, if you have researched and read the reviews in autoexpress i don't get why they didnt rate these higher, because in the real world these are great, we dont drive in light tunnels. my car uses 4 h7 bulbs and the full beam emit a huge field of light

The beam is further and the angle of the beam is great.and are brighter. I was hoping alot brighter 120. My headlight is shaky and sometimes blow quickly so I went to Pep Boys at first to replace them and the cheapest on I saw was $40. I then went to Auto zone and got a pair for $38. I then return the Pep Boys pair but used the Auto Zone ones. I then went to Power Bulb and saw the two for pairs which I bought. Wish I could have returned the Auto Zone pair and waited for the power bulb pair but I desperately needed new bulbs. I now have two pairs of headlight bulbs in waiting. I am glad.
