Philips WhiteVision H6W sidelight bulbs are designed for drivers who are looking to improve the styling of their vehicles. It's important to emphasise that, despite the name, the product delivers a white light - not blue.

The ordinary sidelight has a yellow colour when illuminated. This is because a standard halogen lamp is being used. Philips WhiteVision has a blue coating on the lamp which means when illuminated it removes the tradiitonal yellow colour and replaces it with a crisp, white light.

5 Massive Improvement Over Standard Bulb Without The Boy Racer Look!

Brilliantly bright & a more whiter light than the standard yellow-ish side-light bulbs with no hue of blue! This makes them safely more noticeable! The coating cuts/filters out the yellow! When not on, bulb isn't noticeably blue, especially as it's just a standard small halogen type, so will also not give you any 'bulb out' error messages! Also, the delivery was speedy, extremely well packaged & their customer service is 1st class!!

5 Brilliantly white upgrade!

Upgraded from standard yellow-ish sidelight bulbs. Massive improvement, no blue light, just white and very clear, with no errors for 'bulb-out' errors as still a halogen standard bulb and fit.

4 Good Road Legal Product

Good Road Legal bulb however if you're after LED bright white there no match. Don't look at this review as negative they may not be up to LED standards but they are better than the standard brown/yellow tinge OEM that in my case BMW fit.

5 These bulbs are hard to get

I ordered these bulbs from PowerBulbs because they weren't available anywhere else! The bulbs arrived as promised with an extra package of side light bulbs as a gift - thanks! The lights themselves are better than OEM - they have a nice bright white colour instead of the yellow washed out look. The price was a little steep, but like I said, they aren't available anywhere else. I am quite happy with the purchase and I would buy from them again.
