Can I have my order sent to a different delivery address?
No, unfortunately we will be unable to amend the delivery address after the order has been placed.
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
We're really sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. We send an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, once you have received this you should receive your order within the specified time in our 'how much is delivery and when will my order arrive' section, depending on which service you have chosen at the checkout.
If the time stated has lapsed and you still haven't received your order, there are certain few checks that can be made before contacting us:
- Check with your local Postal Sorting Office to see whether they have your parcel, even if a card hasn't been left.
- Maybe a neighbour has taken your parcel in for you or it's been left in a save place.
If you still have not received or been able to locate your order, please contact us so we have resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
You must notify us within 28 days of dispatch if you have not received your goods, please contact us within this time period in order for us to be able to assist you.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
Orders over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday.
*For DPD Next Day Delivery orders to the UK, please note:
- Orders placed before 3:30pm Friday will be delivered Monday.
- Orders placed after 3:30pm Friday will be delivered Tuesday.
Deliveries may take a little longer during busier times such as Christmas and Bank holidays. We would then ask you to allow two or three extra days for your order to arrive to you. Unfortunately, any delays caused during these times are beyond our control.

How do I place an order?
Once you have found the products you wish to purchase, simply add them to your basket and follow our quick and easy checkout.
You will be directed to enter your personal details and then you'll be able to pay securely online.
A confirmation email detailing your order and estimated delivery times will then be sent to your inbox.

What happens once I've placed an order?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the full details of your order and estimated delivery times.
We will dispatch your order within 24 hours, depending on the time you place your order).

When ordering online, you can pay using our secure SagePay payment provider.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return an item as long as it’s in an unopened, unused condition. Please inform us via email if you would like to make a return. If your return request is accepted you will need to return the item to us within 14 working days. Returns after this time may not be accepted.
When you receive your item we always recommend that you check your existing bulbs before opening your new product to ensure you have the correct fitment. If you've ordered the wrong type of bulb for your vehicle, you can return it to us within 30 days of dispatch (that’s 60 days for all orders outside of the UK). We ask that you return the product in an unopened condition.

What should I do if I can't find my vehicle on your site?
We aim to keep our car bulb finder up to date and as comprehensive as possible. However, your car data may be missing from our system. If this is the case you should first check your vehicle handbook, as the fittings of bulbs you require should be stated in there.
If you don't have a vehicle handbook, or you can't find the data, please contact us by phone or by email. We will then make some checks and contact you to advise what fittings you need.
Which bulbs will fit my car?
To find out which headlight bulbs fit your car you can use our online Bulb Finder. Simply enter your car make and model, plus the year it was manufactured, and we'll find the correct bulbs for your car.
We would also recommend checking your vehicle handbook to confirm the correct bulb fitting for your car.
